1. Purpose and permitted users
Daily Deposit Automation is a private tool for authorized personnel supporting Bridgwater Automotive's accounting operations. It helps prepare and reconcile daily payment activity, transaction fees, journal entries, and bank-deposit records in an authorized QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered as a public accounting service.
Bridgwater Automotive LLC grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the application for approved internal business purposes. You must have the business's permission and appropriate authority to access the connected accounting company. If you are not authorized, do not use or connect the application.
2. QuickBooks connection and accounting changes
A QuickBooks administrator must authorize the connection through Intuit. The application's access depends on the permissions granted and may allow it to read accounting information and create accounting records, including journal entries and deposits. Creating a QuickBooks deposit record records an accounting event; it does not itself transfer money between bank accounts.
Users are responsible for confirming the company, posting date, account assignments, source amounts, fees, and resulting deposit total before authorizing production processing. Users must review the resulting records and resolve discrepancies, incomplete runs, and duplicate source activity before retrying.
3. User responsibilities
Use the application only with business data you are permitted to access. Protect devices and access credentials, follow the business's accounting controls, and report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Do not bypass approval controls, connect an unauthorized company, expose credentials, or use the application for unlawful activity.
The application assists accounting work and does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal judgment. The business remains responsible for its books, recordkeeping, filings, and decisions.
4. Ownership and third-party services
The business retains its rights in its accounting records and source data. This license does not transfer ownership of the application. Intuit, QuickBooks, TekMetric, 1Password, and other third-party services remain subject to their own applicable terms and policies. Daily Deposit Automation is operated by Bridgwater Automotive LLC; it is not an Intuit product or an Intuit endorsement.
5. Availability and limitations
The application may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Access may also be interrupted by third-party outages, revoked authorization, expired credentials, or source-data errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. No provision excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Users should maintain appropriate review and recovery procedures for accounting changes.
6. Suspension, termination, and disconnection
Bridgwater Automotive LLC may withdraw internal access when a user no longer needs it or fails to follow these terms. Stop using the application when authorization ends. A QuickBooks administrator can revoke the application's access through QuickBooks Online's connected-app controls.
Disconnection stops future authorized API access once revocation takes effect. It does not reverse accounting entries, delete records already stored in QuickBooks, or automatically remove local reports, logs, or backups. Contact the operator for help reviewing retained application data.
7. Privacy, changes, and contact
The accompanying Privacy Policy explains application data handling. Updated terms will be published with their effective date. Authorized users should review changes before continued use; any additional consent required by applicable law will be obtained separately.
